Dr. Deeksha Pant is a graduate of BJ Medical College, Pune. She has completed her MS (Ophthalmology) from Mumbai University in 2008 and her DNB from National Board in 2009.She subsequently did her long-term fellowship in Cornea and Microsurgery from the Aravind Eye Hospital in 2009-2010.

She is a co-author in two papers presented at the Boston Cornea Congress in 2010 on complicated fungal infections and was a part of the initial Indian study of the new antifungal drug Voriconazole.
She has 13 years + experience after post-graduation and has extensive experience in tackling complicated corneal infections. She has performed several corneal transplant surgeries and ocular surface procedures. She is a proficient cataract and refractive surgeon.
