Dr Meenakshi is one of the proficient surgeon in cataract oculoplasty and medical retina, she has completed her post graduation diploma in ophthalmology Chennai followed by secondary DNB from the renowned Shri Sankardev netralaya Guwahati. After completing her post graduation she pursued short- term fellowship in cataract, medical retina and lid and lacrimal sac surgeries from susrut eye foundation and research centre Kolkata.

Dr Meenakshi has more than 10 years of working experience in ophthalmology in her outstanding ophthalmic career she has performed 15000 + cataract surgeries 8000 + oculoplasty surgeries 10000 + diagnosis and management of common retinal and uveitic conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, CSR, peripheral retinal degenerations like lattice retinal hole , GRT etc.
She is known for her good outcomes in her specialised group of surgeries.
She is a life member of all India ophthalmological society ( AIOS) AND TAMILNADU OF OPTHALMIC ASSOCIATION.
