Dr. Jayshree Mandal completed her MBBS from Government Medical College (Bankura Sammilani Medical College, West Bengal) in 2012. She passed her DNB Ophthalmology from the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna in 2017. She served as a Senior Resident at S.S.K.M.
