Dr Luci Kaweri is a consultant Ophthalmologist with working experience of more than 12 years. After finishing her MD Ophthalmology with a gold medal from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS, New Delhi), she did her cataract and refractive surgery fellowship from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. She worked as Consultant in Cataract and Refractive Services at Narayana Nethralaya Bangalore for 7 years before joining ASG Mysore. She is experienced in
Femtocataract, Phacoemulsification with trifocal, toric and premium intraocular lenses, Phakic intraocular lenses, Small incision cataract surgeries, LASIK, SMILE, Crosslinking, INTACS, Pterygium, Skin grafting for ectropion correction, Small incision cataract surgeries, Cases on ingenuity 3D system. She has been a primary investigator for many national and international research in intraocular lens assessments. She has numerous publications in international and national peer-reviewed journals and has authored few book chapters. She has also represented her work in various international platforms and has won awards from All India Ophthalmology society, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology. She has actively trained national and international fellows in cataract and refractive surgery.
