Dr. Prashant Borde is a skilled ophthalmologist possessing expertise in Cataract, Cornea and Refractive surgeries. He has completed his post-graduation from Regional Institute of Ophthalmology Bhopal and fellowship in Cornea and Refractive surgery from Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, Madhya Pradesh.
He specializes in Topical Phacoemulsification and small incision cataract surgeries. Along with which he has keen interest in complicated cataract surgeries including cataracts with subluxation, corneal opacities and small pupil. He is proficient in Keratoplasty surgeries including lamellar procedures along with shaped and scleral patch grafts. He also performs Anterior segment surgeries like Iridodialysis repair, Pupilloplasty and ocular surface surgeries like SLET, Symblepharon removal and Amniotic membrane transplants. In refractive surgeries he performs LASIK, PRK, PTK, ICL, IPCL, CLE. He has also participated and carried out work related to Eye donation, eye banking, AMT preparation and preservation.
