Dr. Ashish Amar is a well experienced ophthalmologist having more than 17 years of experience working as a Senior Ophthalmologist in Delhi NCR areas. He has worked in various reputed hospitals like Apollo hospital, Delhi; Max hospital, Saket; Asia Marengo Hospital, Faridabad as senior consultant and Head of department respectively.
Dr. Ashish Amar has done his senior residency from Guru Nanak Eye Centre, MAMC, Delhi in 2007-2010.
Dr. Ashish Amar has done his Masters in surgery MS from Madras Medical College in 2003-2006 when he was honored university gold medallist.
Dr Ashish Amar specializes primarily in Phaco. cataract surgeries, Glaucoma and medical Retina. He is expert in treating cataract patients with various surgical modalities like FLACS, phaco with premium IOL's like toric, multifocal, edof, advanced monofocal, monofocal IOL's etc.
Dr Ashish Amar has done F.R.C.S from Glasgow (UK). He has many national and international publications to his credit. Dr Ashish Amar is esteemed contributing member of various ophthalmic bodies like AIOS, DOS, FOS. He communicates in both English & Hindi with his patients
